Ian Anderson presents classic hits from his former band, Jethro Tull in this brand new rock opera that tells the story of the real Jethro Tull, a 17th Century English agriculturalist who is seen as the godfather of modern farming practice as his inventions were pivotal to the agricultural revolution. Interwoven through this imaginative tale (set somewhere in the not-to-distant future) Anderson will weave beloved songs such as 'Heavy Horses', 'Farm on the Freeway', 'Aqualung', alongside special virtual guests, and accompanied by David Goodier, John O'Hara, Florian Opahle, Scott Hammond.
First formed in early 1960's Blackpool, England. Jethro Tull were at the forefront of the progressive rock movement. Since disbanding, Anderson has continued to play all over the world, introducing audiences to his trademark flute sound and inspiring a generations of Tull fans, old and young.
