THE ORIGINAL R&B/POP GROUP

It's been a long and illuminating journey. Since the late 1960s, The Main Ingredient has been one of R&B/pop's first and leading groups. With true harmony, beautiful melodies and outstanding lyrics, with the natural first tenor voice of Cuba Gooding, Sr. (you know who his son is!) on lead vocals, the group has treated the the world to hit songs such as 'Everybody Plays the Fools', 'Just Don’t Want to be Lonely', 'Spinning Around (I Must be Falling in Love)', 'You’ve Been My Inspiration' and many more. This Grammy nominated group continues to show fans old and new alike what Sweet Soul Music of the 70s was all about.

They will be joined by fellow soul stars Harold Melvin's Blue Notes, Gerald Alston & The Manhattans and Blue Magic.
